Progress Update

An estimated client move in dates is May 28th – June 1st.
The cabling group has signed off on their scope of work.
The WIFI for the area has beenconfigured and tested.
The NE group has signed off on their scope of work.
Site visits to location of project.
Setup a coordination meeting with facilities and IT groups to prepare moving the client.
Coordinate work with IT projects, Asset management , and voice group for client move.

Progress Update

A progress meeting on April 9the reviewed IT activities and confirm the client move in date is still in May. All cabling is in place for data and voice. The configuring of the AP’s is in progress.

Confirming all infrastructures has been tested and signed off on by the cabling and network services group. Confirm the WIFI is working.

There appears to be no lessons learned at this point in the project. I will continue to ask the question on LL with the team members.

Follow up with the cabling group is satisfied with cabling and sign off.
Prepare lesson learned meetings with the team members.
An IT team meeting is scheduled for Friday April 2nd
