· An Access Point location was completed by the college NE group.
· Further discussion on where the facilities application equipment will reside in the telecomm room.
· The infrastructure parts have arrived in facilities.
· The project is still on schedule further review of timeline will be discussed on Dec. 17th.
· Site visits.
· Some of the infrastructure has been installed in the telecomm closet.
· College cabling representative have communicated with the bookstore manager on estimated timed when the cabling will be removed and installed.
· Working with infrastructure has to when the AP’s can be installed.

· Communicating with bookstore on an accurate time to implementing cable through the ceiling in the bookstore.

Reviewing the design drawings from facilities with the NE, cabling, and telephone group.
Working with the cabling group on quote from contractor.
Requested a quote from the infrastructure vendor.
Working with NE group on infrastructure required for the project.
IT team meeting is scheduled on Nov, 3rd with client and facilities to review the clients decision on design options, estimated timelines, and group activities.

• Completed a walkthrough to review departments relocating and checked on future location site.
