Progress Update

Reviewing the design drawings from facilities with the NE, cabling, and telephone group.
Working with the cabling group on quote from contractor.
Requested a quote from the infrastructure vendor.
Working with NE group on infrastructure required for the project.
IT team meeting is scheduled on Nov, 3rd with client and facilities to review the clients decision on design options, estimated timelines, and group activities.

Progress Update

• Completed a walkthrough to review departments relocating and checked on future location site.
• Work with IT project manager to tranfer information on project to new IT PM.
• A meeting is scheduled to review project information from facilities.
