An estimated client move in dates is May 28th – June 1st.
The cabling group has signed off on their scope of work.
The WIFI for the area has beenconfigured and tested.
The NE group has signed off on their scope of work.

Setup a coordination meeting with facilities and IT groups to prepare moving the client.
Coordinate work with IT projects, Asset management , and voice group for client move.

A progress meeting on April 9the reviewed IT activities and confirm the client move in date is still in May. All cabling is in place for data and voice. The configuring of the AP’s is in progress.

Estimated client move in dates are May 28th – June 1st.

Confirming all infrastructures has been tested and signed off on by the cabling and network services group. Confirm the WIFI is working.

There appears to be no lessons learned at this point in the project. I will continue to ask the question on LL with the team members.

Monitor the AP implementation and edge testing.

Follow up with the cabling group is satisfied with cabling and sign off.

The cabling has been terminated at the edge and tested.
The ceiling is estimated to be installed within the next few weeks. Once this is completed the Wireless Access Points can be installed.

I will be reviewing facilities activities to confirm whether or not the college being closed for a week due to inclement weather had any impact on the timeline.

A meeting has been rescheduled for February 24th to review project activities.

Monitoring project activities like walkthroughs and checking in with the facilities PM on completed activities.

The wireless access point location has been reviewed by the college NE group and the group approves of the college AP locations.

· An Access Point location was completed by the college NE group.
· Further discussion on where the facilities application equipment will reside in the telecomm room.
· The infrastructure parts have arrived in facilities.
· The project is still on schedule further review of timeline will be discussed on Dec. 17th.

· Some of the infrastructure has been installed in the telecomm closet.
· College cabling representative have communicated with the bookstore manager on estimated timed when the cabling will be removed and installed.
